URGENT - PLEASE HELP - friend needs to travel to India

A friend of mine wants to travel to India. Her 485 is applied at the VSC.
She initially came to US on H-4, & later on converted to H-1. She didn\'t get an H-1 stamp on her passport after the H-1 was approved.
Before she filed for I-485, she traveled to India & re-entered using the H-4 visa stamp on her passport. Now her H-4 visa on the passport has expired, & she will be traveling using Advance Parole.
Will the re-entry to US using H-4 stamp create problems because she was on H-1 petition & was working? Will the immigration officers create problems at the port of entry when she tries to enter using the travel parole?

As long as her AP is current, she\'ll have absolutely not problems re-entering. When she goes through immigration upon return, they\'ll send her to another room for \'processing\' and after waiting about 5-10 mins will be allowed in. It\'s a mere formality.

There will not be any problem, as long as your friend carried a valid AP. My wife was in the EXACT same situation, and she did not have any problem re-entering....
