My friend just got the yellow letter for RFI. He is very excieted because he has waited 8 years for this day to come. He is very nervous because he's not sure where to mail the response to. He does not have convenient access to internet, so he asked me to ask for him. He said there is an address on the yellow letter upper right hand corner, which is addressed to "Homeland Security department, some PO Box number, LIN, NE 68501." He does not understand why the response should be sent to Homeland Security while not INS. Could you please let him know whether this address is OK? Do you guys who got the yellow RFI letter use this same address in the letter to send your response? Or, do you guys use some other address on INS' website? (If yes, could you please provide the link?)
