Dear all,
I've been silient visitor to this great website, and now it's my turn to ask for help, my I485 RD 02/02 and ND 03/02, I changed my job about one year after 485 pending, but didn't inform INS, last week i received RFE for employment verification letter, I intend to inform the INS about the imployment change now, i have same job title and almost same job description as mentioned in my labor certificate, the only thing i'm concerened about is the salary, in my LC, the salary is 30.63/hour, however I currently earn 30.00/hour plus 17 days of paid vacations and holidays , my company insist on writing the salary as 30/hour in the offer letter, and I'm worry this will cause troubles to me, Please advise, if I can do any thing about it, I really appreciate your help,
