My I-140 was approved for AOS inspite of specifying CP. I am planning to to the AC I-140 way.
My lawyer has filed for I824. He told me that he would take the Receipt No for I824 , approval notice I-140 and DS230 part I , and submit to NVC.
I spoke to NVC and they said, they donot accept any I-824 Receipt.
Has anyone gone thru this process lately. Confusion is with the new rules , we have to pay fees to NVC. In this case what do we do ?
