My situation:
*I-485 case (WAC-02-042-5xxxx) at CSC is still pending after EFE replied on Nov. & received on earlier Dec.
*EAD will be expired on end of Feb, but the renewal (receipt date: Dec. 7th, 2002) is on pending.
Severe Problem:
I was just laid off, suddenly, with NO ANY REASON by my employer on Friday.
Need Help & Suggestions:
1) How soon do you think my case may be approved if I am lucky?
2) Is it normal for an employer to notice INS the employment-termination?
3) I am going to get my IEAD, but there will be about a week gap between the old and renewal one. It will be a problem? And, for my situation, what the Severe Problem I am facing if I go to the local INS for IEAD and what documents I need bring with me?
