Urgent Please!!! Filing question for 485

Hi

I am working for company A on H1b which is based on pending labor applied by company A. I got my labor and I-140 approved through company B since I-485 dates are current I can apply I-485 through company B. My question is....

Is it ok to file I-485 through company B showing my valid company A h1b status (on 8th year) which is based on pending labor?

Gurus please let me know.

The employment immigration application is based upon "Intent to employ". You can intend to employ a person working for another company, a person in another country or a person working for the same company. You should be fine.
