I am moving to another state for another job, this sound like a old topic, but i am still flustered and trying to figure out the right thing to do to avoid hassals later. Please take a minute to answer my question and i will appreciate,
1. I am planning to change address to a friends' house within California, Should i file AR-11 with my real new address(another state) or should I also file it with my friends' address? (I will call 800 number and change address to my friends' address) , I herad that what address you have on file for AR-11 will not affect your real address with INS?
2. Will it be trouble later in case there will be RFE or even stamping(I will come back to CA to do it) if they got to know I am using my frinds address?
anyone who have similar experince, please share.
