My Friend never received notice for his I-140 approval. Today we tried calling INC CSC, some how we got thru but the IIO said that he is the beneficary on the application, they cannot give any information only the Petitioner should call and inquire, in his case Petitioner is his employer. Is this true? there is no way he can get any information on how to proceed with his case...

For a I-140 Issue, the Attorney must call the INS. Ask your attorney call or fax the question/information to INS.
