I am going out of the country, but my EAD and AP are still pending and I have given forwarding address to post office.my question is who they have received their AP does it has any kind of "do not forward" or sometginh like on INS postal cover??Please reply

Are you going out of the country for a long time...

If not, you can apply to the post office to hold your mail until you get back. They will hold the mail even if it says "Return Service Requested" which is what I think the EAD and AP envelopes are stamped with.

yes

I am going out If i get any of my approvals then only I can come back and get forwarded then only i can come back

I don\'t understand, why are you leaving the country...

Business or Pleasure. And why can you not come back until you have either AP or EAD. Please explain.

FP Notices

Usually Post Office forward the mails to new address only if,
1 There is no service request
2 If the mail has "Farward Service Requested"
3. If the mail has "Address change Service Requested"

But the FP notices received from INS has "Return Service Requested".
I think that Post Office will not Farward the mails with
"Return service Requested". I think it will only return to the sender. For More Information Follow the steps

Click on Domestinc Mail Manual

No Title

If you request the post office to hold the mails, it will do.
This will be useful only if you are out of station temporarily.
