Please help in answering this urgent query.
1. Job Order was placed with Texas WorkForce Commission (TWC) - workInTexas.com.
2. Internet ad was posted in AJB
3. Now, it looks like TWC has also posted the same ad in AJB.
Will this be a problem ? Would this be equivalent to duplicating the recruitment effort ? The jobs ad shows up twice in AJB now (One posted by the employer and the other by TWC) and once in WorkInTexas.com
