URGENT PCC Form

Hi All,
I have a question for “Application For Miscellaneous Services Form” which is used to get PCC from Indian Consulate.
Column 2: permanent address in India
Since I stayed with my parents till the age 16 and after that I have stayed in Pune for my engineering studies. Permanent address on my passport is also Pune address. When I got married I stayed only for 1 month with my in-laws and after that I am staying in USA. So my question is do I have to give my permanent address as my in-laws house (which is different than Pune city and my parent’s address) or do should I give the same address which is on my passport.

If u stayed for a month with ur in-laws, no need of giving that address. If u have stayed anywhere more than 6 months, include them only.

I dont think we have a different section of permanant addresses classified by dates...? Is there ?

If not, then I would suggest to go ahead with the address on your passport.
