URGENT!!! Parent's name mis-spelled in Birth Certificate

Hi, I'm ready to file my I-140 & I-485. Father's name and mother's name are mis-spelled in my Birth Certificate. The Birth Certificate was issued in 2002.
Will USCIS accept BC issued in 2002 ?

Should I get a new Birth Certificate (original) because of the spelling mistake.
Do I need to get an affidavit from my parents ?

Please help me. I have all other documents ready to file.

don't worry, just submit this BC, INS wants to see your name correctly, doesn't matter about your parents' names. The most you can expect is an RFE which you can resond by submitting an affidavit from ur parents.
