Urgent Needed Info....

Dear friends,

I got laid off by company who filed my labor
I took permanent job.

My new job salary there is 23 K salary difference
than my labor cert. salary but I have stability with new employer.

My 485 receive date is April 2002

My new salary is just above privilage salary.
If RFE comes does this less salary matters?

i dont think and more over even me in same boat. I spoke to many attorneys. what ever one said is 1) GC is for future employement which means ones the GC is APPROVED then the company has to pay according to LC. 2) getting pay check in this economy is important than the difference. so, as far as we are legal in receiving the pay check from an employer and if you pay taxes I think it is ok. If you whanna i can give all the attorneies contact info whom i spoke with.
out of all one attorney really gave me more moral support if you want i can direct you to him. his office is in DC area.
