Urgent!!! Need some Advice

Here is my Situation.

Stamping done on Passport and the VISa has got expired on March 1st 2003.

I have 2 approval notices since I am on the 7th and 8th year extension.

7th Yr Extn Valid from March 2003-March 2004.
8th Yr Extn Valid from March 2004-March 2005

Should I submit both and pay double VISA fees for me and my wife to have all the visa stamped on my passport???

OR

Can I send the passport to st.louis and give the new approval notice dated March 1st 2004 to March 1st 2005???? Iam confused?? Can anyone pls help!!!!

Just the latest approval for stamping

with all copies of prior H1/H4(s) and one set of fees for each person.

I hope it helps.
