My husband is currently in L1 Visa and works for a company in India. He has got his H1 Visa through a Consultant"A", which becomes effective from Oct 2005. But now he is getting offers from other consultants and Employers, who are not willling to sub contract. Can he do a H1 Trasfer?? If so what are the documents he needs to provide?? His latest paystub would be from his L1 visa and not from the Consultant who processed his H1.
