I applied my GC using a pre-approved labor from Company A. Ofcouse upon understanding with Company A.
I found the project and given the contract detaild to Company A, but they do not want the lower billing and want to go directly with vendor to get more money out of the contract. They played some games with me for this, but I did not agree for them. Company A told me that they do not want to support.
I given notice to my existing H1 visa company.
I would like to if Company A cancel's GC processing any suggestions to keep with other company.
Note: 181 days did not completed from filing/notice/approval of I140.
