Urgent Need Help !!

I am posting this here as there is no thread for I-360 petition. My husband is on R1 visa and filed for I-360 in Sep 2003. We received an RFE last week. It asks for several things among which are:
1. W2 forms for past 2 years of employment - Since he is employed by a church they only give him a check every month. There is no tax deduction from the salary. We just filed our taxes jointly in the end. How can we provide them the W2 when the church did not give us any. How can we get W2 for past year's wages?
2. Ability to pay - Will the bank statements of the church be enough to prove this?

I think you should consult these two questions with a lawyer to make sure. In my opinion, you can enclose cancelled checks by the church to fullfill the W2 request. As to the ability to pay, I think even non-profit organizations should file certain type of tax return. You should exclude those for the INS. Good luck!
