URGENT Need HELP :Year to Date Evidence

Hey guys,

I received an RFE for Evidence of YTD salary. How can I prove that, my pay stubs
are regular check as I work for a small company. Can I provide them with a letter from
my employer stating my Income.,,,,,Please respond

check your pay stub ...

you should get the paystub along with the pay check from your employer every month, If you don\'t receive the pay stub
every month, ask your employer to send it to you along with the pay check, it is the normal procedure. On the pay stub
you can find the YTD and other particulars.
 
Send them the paystub, not copy of paycheck.

Paystubs should have the YTD salary and overtime, tax withheld etc.

Thats right but my Pay check is just like an regular check it dosen\'t state and tax withheld amount....etc so I am in confusion.....I get those numbers for tax witheld and all those things when I get my W2

Along with your paycheck you would receive another piece of paper (which is often attached to pay check that you have to tear off) that is your pay stub.

It seems that you never received pay stubs. Pls. talk to your immi. attorney regarding your situation.
