URGENT. need help to respond to an RFE.

Hi,
I have got an RFE, and was asked to send the employment letter and the last six pay stubs.

I have the employment letter, but missing couple of pay stubs. I have copies of those pay stubs right now. Can I send those copies to INS, instead of the actual pay stubs.

Please help me out.

I think you can also request that your company reissues the paystubs.
Not a legal advise . . . please consult your attorney.
 
did INS ask for copies or original stubs.

HR should be able to reissue pay stubs.

By the way, are you in a company has mass layoff?

I got an RFE of last 6 months paystubs and I just sent copies. Keep your originals. They don't need those. My lawyer said the same.
 
You don't send anything original, except the INS forms themselves. But keep the original, in case they ask you for it during an interview.

Are you working with the same GC Sponsored Company or Not. If Not let me know what you have mentioned about the Company Change in your RFE response. I am in the same situation and looking for information before i respond to my RFE.
