i am on H1B and applied for I-140 and I-485 after getting Labor.Also i got my EAD and Advance Parole. i want to go for H1B visa stamping in order to bring my wife on h4.
Will my H1 visa will be stamped as i am in usa for past 4 years, so showing that can i get my passport stamped with h1 visa.
if consulate officer doesn't stamps my passport with h1 visa then Can i Use my Advance Parole to enter US.
what will happen at port of entry to me.
my visa is expired on my passport. so do i need to have a valid visa stamped
on my passport to bring my wife on h4.
please help me.
