Please help.
My I-140 EB3 other worker, was approved Jan 27, 2005, Priority date July 28, 2003. At the approval date, PD was current but in March 01, it will retrogress to July 01, 2001.
How will the retrogression affect me, can I still get an interview after March 01, or I will be stuck for years.
How can I expedite the processs. NVC has no record yet.
