urgent! need help... I-864 due in 10days

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know here if I-864 from sponsor is required? My USC husband filed his I-130 for me together with I-485 and I-765. Now my RFE is due in 10days. The problem is husband cannot provide I-854. Can any of my USC relatives just file I-864 for me? Or is it really a requirement for my husband to file one... Please help!
 
YEs, any USC can provide a aff of support for your husbands application, you need their 3 years tax transcript which shows they make more then 125% above poverty level and they have to sign it and notarize it
 
Also you don't need three but only ONE Federal income tax return, for the tax year that is the most recent as of the date of the Form I-864. This is a recent change in the requirement for I-864 by USCIS and is applicable ONLY to all applications with an ND after Nov 23rd 2005. For more information, check out this link:

Even you are using joint sponsors to cover the 125%, your husband must file a I-864 because he is your sponsor.
