Since all the categories are current, I wanted to apply for my I485 but I have a concern. My H1Band my wifes H4 has expired but applied for renewal and have the receipt no. also.
So my question is while filling up the I485 form, there are H1B expiration date and I94 no. What should I fill those boxes with??
I would really appreciate if someone could comment on this.
