Urgent -Need Help for H4 male dependes in Chennai Consulate!!

Hi,

My friend's wife got H1B Visa recently, but she has not yet travelled to US.

He also got his H1b approved in last year quota, but his employer is not recommending him to go for stamping this year may be his company has some problems. Now he is planning to attend for H4 visa. He already have B1 visa for 10 years and traveled to US several times, He is working for a reputed software company(MNC) in India.

1) So Please let me know what are all the questions He can expect in embassy?.

2) If VisaOfficer wants to know what he wil do in US without work? what is the best answer to convince VO.

Typically the officer will ask about the employer: number of employees, product and turnover (possibly). It is required to demonstrate that the visa application is not fraudulent, and the applicant will abide by the rules of the visa.
