urgent, need help for EAD

I went to the local INS office in orlando today to get an interim EAD. they asked me to get my biometrics, but they couldn't provide me with the ASC number. I called the customer service and they can't do anything about it. they refuse to make an appointment without an ASC number. what does this ASC number look like?

I need help....

to day i called to get my biometric appontment, they asked me about ASC number, i said i don't have any ASC number on my EAD receipt, then by taking my aliegn number they shcedule my appoint ment date for my boimetrcis, even i don't know whats is ASC number.please some one can help us.

I just did the same thing, they gave me a confirmation number. the nearest ASC(application support center)s weren't providing closest date. now I have to drive over to Ft. Lauderdale from Orlando to get my biometrics done on thursday.

today was a horrible day for me...
