I am on a H1B visa for the last 3 years. I have been working for this employer since 2001 December. I was going through my paperwork and came to know that my H1 expired on 5/14/2004. I am getting paid by my company as they were not aware of this either. Now I am without status and so is my wife on H4. Has any one been into such a situation. Can some one advise me as to what I should do.
