URGENT need help: AC21

I got a RFE after I changed my petitioner company and joined a company with similar job description after >180 days.

As I have to response keeping AC21 in mind, what papers should be included in the response?

It depends what kind of RFE you have

INS will ask for the documents it needs. Usually it is tax statements, EVL, w2 and pay stubbs for AC21 cases. But each case is different and so is each RFE.

will list all required documents.

e.g.
in my case ( similar to yours)

i had to submit

W-2 for last 3 years.
3 recent pay-stubs
AC21 letter ( intent to change )
EVL
Petitionor's Ability to Pay (Both old/new company financial documents)
