Urgent... need advice

My labor was approved aug/03 , applied for I-140 in oct/2003 and i am in the process of applying for 485/ead/ap sometime next week.

Below is my case , on which i need yr advice.

In my labor which was approved in aug/03 , it is mentioned that i worked for company A from june 2000 thru June 2002 ( actually i worked with A till oct 2002) , and company B from Nov 2002 till date , which is sponsoring my GC.

Applied for I-140 , which is still pending.

Now when i am filing up form 325a ( biographic info ) , i put the exact employment dates for comapny A ( June 2000 thru Oct 2002) and company B from Nov 2002 till date. The legal assistant said that in my labor it is mentioned that i worked with company A till June 2002 .

Will this create a problem in my applying 485/ead/ap , please kindly advice .

You might get an RFE if the information doesn't match. But you can always reply with sufficient documents (like payslips, W2 etc). If you don't have the required proof / documentation and if you get a related RFE, you might be in trouble.

This is my personal opinion and you might want to consult a professional (lawyer, paralegal with sufficient knowledge) to help your case.
