Hi everybody, first of all I thank you all for all the help and insight you offered us. Second, I received request to update form 325, but the thing is that I had a wife back home, but for some reason the girl was no where to get in touch with because of the situation back home in our country. After about four years of search, I met with a new partner in 2000 and lived with ever since. Now we have two children aged 4 and 2. The question is what should I do about my bio? Should I mention these new children on the form? What about the woman I said was my wife. I did not hear from her and don't know her situation. I will appreciate everybody's insight, please contribute. Thanks a lot.

You should definitely mention your children and new spouse. However, you also must show them in writing that your previous marriage was terminated, i.e by divorce decree or death certificate. They will not accept just "I searched and could not find her, so I remarried." You must divorce your first wife through a legitimate civil authority or show a legitimate record of her death (or perhaps a signed affidavit).

Re: Urgent Need 4 Help Please

I forgot to mention that I am not married to my current partner. And there is no legal issue between me and her just the two children. That is my dilemma

Re: Urgent Need 4 Help.

Hi everybody. I thought everyone was helpful here in this forum. Did I break the code of the street or something? Well I know some people don't understand having children from another woman when your married, but believe me I tried to get in touch with her earnestly and to no avail. Now Guys lets exchange some ideas. What should I do on my G325 and my two new American children aged 4 and 2 with my wife still missing in action?. I need all the help I can get guys. I have to send this form very soon. God bless you all.

Sorry, my silence did not mean dissaproval; I simply do not know anything else other than retain an attorney.
