Urgent: Name mismatch issue in passports

Interview for visitor visa confirmed for my in-laws. But, names in their passports slightly mismatches with the names in my wife's passport.

Does this make their visitor visa rejected at the consulate? Or do i need to provide any extra documentation to support getting visitor visa.

Name in In-laws passport: "Guturi Kasheshwar Gupta" and "Guturi Bharatha Lakshmi" (these are correct names)
Names in my Wife's passport: "Guturi Kasheshwara Gupta" and "Guturi Bharathi"

Please need a quick help...
