Urgent:Lud's on 140/485 changed parallelly.ND:11/11/2004 at VSC,Why?

Guys,

My 140/485 filed on ND:11/11/2004.EAD & AP approved:01/14/2005 with substitute labor.

My 140 is not approved.I don't know the precssing date.My EAD and AP got approved on 01/14/2005.I didn't received my Finger prints as of now.

I don't know wheather my company used EB3 or EB2.I have three years masters degree in Computer applications and three years Bachelors degree in Mathematics from INDIA.

Lud's on 140/485:01/24/2005,01/27/2005,02/02/2005,02/03/2005,No change is in message?.Why Lud's changing 140/485 changing Parallelly?.

For anybody changed like that?.

Do you know what's going on?.Are they working on my case?.

not they are not working on your case, it's just your case goes wild :D

Read the LUD definition, it stands for "internal processing..." whatever it means... maybe they opened your case and it's under review, maybe not...

usually changing LUD indicates some type of activity performed on your case, and it's better to have some activity than not to...

That may mean something....Last week my friends application at NSC service center had the same trend...His 140 and 485 both LUD changed continuously for 3 days...On the 4th day his 485/140 petition was approved concurrently.....!!!!!

Keep a tab on your 140 for the next 1 week or so ..... If no status update ...then it may just have been a misnomer ..all the best

it's kind on early in the day to get your approval, but would not be surprised to see an approval from someone who just filed recently....
 
could be it's your I-140 is under review. a friend of mine got his I-140 approved in 2 mo...
