Urgent:Lud's on 140/485 changed.ND:11/11/2004 at VSC,Why?

Guys,

My 140/485 filed on ND:11/11/2004.EAD & AP approved:01/14/2005 with substitute labor.

My 140 is not approved.I don't know the precssing date.My EAD and AP got approved on 01/14/2005.I didn't received my Finger prints as of now.

I don't know wheather my company used EB3 or EB2.I have three years masters degree in Computer applications and three years Bachelors degree in Mathematics from INDIA.

Lud's on 140/485:01/24/2005,01/27/2005,02/02/2005,02/03/2005,No change is in message?.Why Lud's changing 140/485 changing Parallelly?.

For anybody changed like that?.

Do you know what's going on?.Are they working on my case?.

Sure, they are working on your case. Always hope for good news. It is all internal movements, mine is unchanged last two months.
