Hello friends,
I am on a long term project and I need an employer who can transfer my H1 and can process my Green card / labor from a Fast preocessing state. My client is ok with it.
Please let me know if you know any company(s) who is interested in doing this.
Email: dslstart@yahoo.com

Thanks, :)

I suggest, avail substituation. In a couple of days/weeks/months every state will be a foster state, PERM will adopt.

all abusive h1 dependent employer will be willing to file your h1. not for you. not to help you but they get new client and money for doing nothing. your client may be ok but not your current employer or middlemen(S). are you prepared to defend them legally if they sue you. your client will NOT (cannot) support you in any way.

make sure you see the available labor and validate with YOUR OWN lawyer and get everything (every terms) in writing. ask them how they have the labor and what happened to its original beneficiary.

follow this thread to stay away from fraud companies:

research more on that company. dont go forward to any company coming to you through public forum (you may even get referral from company owners acting as current or ex-exployee in that company and praise about that company and their boss).

there are law abiding consulting firms with good ethics too. research yourself and decide.

Thanks Saigc

thanks saigc for your advice... I would appreciate if you could enlight more on how overall these companies who process from fast processing states are doing? I mean if a co. says that they've already done some 20 labor from this state since last year or so, then should that co. be considered safe...
Could you also share your thoughts on labor from Montana, is it a safe state?

thanks,
:)

DSLstart,

People are not good or bad based on states. Good/bad/cunning/decietful is based on person itself. Someone who cannot make money otherwise get you in their trap - so that they can make money on you.

The people cannot market their consultant - they depend on you to get project, they will have bad financial records for this reason and ultimately you will have a tough GC process. Do not think LC is only process of GC. It takes 2-3 years on average to get GC after LC. Search the forum - people are from 1998 who got GC in 2004! Think about it with such crappy shortcuts what will be the outcome after years of persuit if there is rejection based on employer's records! See you can get GC in right way - if you cannot these people won't make difference, so feeding parasites with high risk in future is illogical.

Bottom line is think long term and not just LC.
