I've just registed in this web site yesterday. I am looking for help. my husband had L1A, and our kid and I are L2. he had been transfered back to China early this year. Because it's hard for my kid to go back China to study after she recieved 3 years U.S education. Recently I have changed my status from L2 to H1B and my kid's H4. We have an appiontment on june 12th,nogales. Mexico. I want to make sure, is it very risk to get new visas in third country or even in my own country base on my L2-H1B situation? How high risk to be rejected? If too high,I wil have to stay U.S. without any vacation in China. That's too sad to think it.
