Hi, I am planning to land in CA during long weekend from Niagara falls. I have my current H1 valid till Dec 9 2007 (so for my wife also). I have applied for my GC in US also.
1) Is there any problem using this H1 as it has less than 2 weeks for exiration (Dec 9 2007) is I go and come back?
2) Will AVR apply for this and how easy it is to come back
3)any other suggestions I need to take before landing
