My company has a labour which they had applied for another consultant. But that person has
already received his GC through his wife....The company is ready to use the labour for
me....The labour is not approved but they hope to get it approved in next 2-3 months....Here
is my question :
The application was applied in May 2002 with bachelor Engineering and 5 years experience.
I am also bachelors in Engineering but in May 2002 I had about 4 years experience. Today I
have about 6 years experience. According to the company there should not be any problem to
apply this labour for me....But I have read in forums that this can be problematic...Can
someone please let me know whether will any problem will be created with the labour
substitution.
