Urgent !!! labor question

Hi all,
I am about to complete my 5 years in March 2005....I have two employers who are ready to

file my Green Card.....One is my current employer who is ready to apply for my GC but not

sure that they can run the ads and get all the paper work ready for RIR...If they are not ready they will apply in the normal process(NON-RIR)...I have another company who have already run the ads and are ready with their paper work...I am not a curent employee of this company...Both the employers are from the state of california....Do you think it will be a issue to apply for 2 labour applications from the same state one in RIR and another one in NON-RIR....Can have multiple applications from the same State from differnet companies...Do you think this will be a issue....

My friend has been applied CA labor thru two employers (one thru Sun Micro and other thru his friend, as a safe side) and for all two applications state level (SWA) cleared. I guess he applied two labors with in six months difference. So problem.

This is the information what I know. But contact your lawyer.
