URGENT/Labor from INS Nebraska but Attorney is applying I-140 in INS,Texas

My Labor was for Denver,CO with the work location specifed was Denver and all other anticipates sites in US.
After my Labor got cleared, I was relocated to Dallas,TX.
Since I stay in Dallas,TX ,my attorney is filing my I-140 in INS ,Texas with the location of my work in Dallas. My attorney also says that Nebrasks might return back the application to be applied to INS Texas,so its better to apply directly to INS Texas .My Company head office is still in Denver,CO. Can my
I-140 be applied in INS Nebraska? INS Texas is so slow that i fear my I-140 will take months for approval.

Jim Mills /Rajiv Khanna- Can my attorney apply my I-140 in INS,Nebraska? What else my attorney should highlight or specify in my I-140 application to avoid any RFE's .

for you It is better to apply in TX. Because My company head office is also in Denver. My labour was applied in Denver. My attorney filled the I-140 in NSC but it got transfered to TSC. Hopefully yr attorney is correct. Don't wast yr time just file yr I140 in TX and get yr receipt and file yr I485 using yr new law.
