Hi

I have come to USA on 19th dec 2002 with an L1 visa
from Company A.
I have applied for a Premium H1 Visa through company
B in USA

I have checked the status in BCIS and it say the H1
papers as approved.

My Questions are:-

Can I still work with my L1 visa with Company A as Employer?

Does this epsiode create any problem during Green Card Processing?

What is the time period in which I have to move with my employer who has processed my H1?

Thanks
Raj

Yes, You can continue to work for company A using L1. You can join company B using H1 before the expiry of H1.
But I think(I'm not sure) you have to change the status from L1 to H1 by getting new visa stamp at the country of origin.

I think that if the H1 has been applied as a "change of status" then your status is automatically converted to H1.
