Urgent - Interim EAD in Houston

I am planning to get an Interim EAD this week. What time should I be there? Any experience? Is it only on Wednesday at the district office ?

My Current EAD expired last week. Would I be in trouble? I was waiting for 90 days to pass before going for an interim EAD.
