Does any one know that if for initial H1B, USCIS looking for anything beyond bachelor;s degree of the benefiicary as qualification? are they looking for proof of past expereince? (job does not need expereince only Bachelor)PLEASE reponse ASAP

You don't need experience if you have a qualified degree or one that can be evaluated as a US equivalent.
