Urgent Information Reg 7th Year H1B Visa Approval Required Hi Folks
I am in the 7th year of H1B and visa has expired few months ago.
Labor Approved
I-140 Approved
I -485 not filed yet because PD is not current.
Current H1-B valid till May 2007
Permanent Resident Of canada
All education from India.
Have US visa appointment in Toronto, Canada end of this month. Going with husband as dependent on the visa application. Husband is MS from USA and in the 6th year of his H1B.
What are the changes of my visa approval?
Should I carry my I-485, I-140 approvals, with new h1 B, I-94, work experience letter and canadian residency card or not?
I guess we need to fill separate D-156 forms for both of us. Please confirm.
Will my permanent residency in canada prove against my h1 b visa approval?
Please share your recent experiences with reference to above. It will be very helpful. Your prompt reply will be highly appreciated.
