Please help me with your opinion/experience regarding
birth certificate issue.
I was born in my village. I got a birth certificate issued
by my gram panchayat( equivalent of the village governing
council or mayor\'s office etc). The certificate is handwritten by the
panchayat pradhan(head of the village governing council) in english stating my
name, date of birth, my mother\'s name and father\'s name and also
place of birth(village name, district name and state name). The certificate is on a official pad of the panchayat.
I have two concerns
1. Can there be a problem since the certificate is handwritten?
2. Regarding my place of birth the certificate mentions my
village, district and state name but not the name of my country.
Also the rubber stamp of the panchayat in the passport doesnot mention the name of the country.
Gurus will this certificate work?
I also got a birth certificate from my country\'s consulate general
which states my name, my date of birth, my parent\'s name and in place of
birth it mentions the district name and state name and it says these are
the birth details according to my passport. It DOESNOT MENTION my village name as it was not there in the passport.
In eta750b I merntioned my village, district and state name in place of birth.
Will the above certificate issued by the consulate general work?
Or if I furnish both of them will it be ok?
I have also got affidavits from from two uncles verifying my birth date,
my parents name and place of birth(it has village name, district name and
state name). Should I add these affidavits also?
