Hi,

Our interview is on tuesday, and I received one of those forms with everything checked on them. PLEASE can someone help answer the following two questions:

1) They are asking for medical exam results. Those were sent in a sealed envelope with the 485 application a couple of years ago. Are they asking for copies of what the doctor gave us?

2) They want copies of utility bills and bank statements. How far do we need to go back. Most recent three months ok?

Thanks in advance.

Depends on what category you are in (family based category or employment based).

for photos, yes you will need photos for plastic card.

yes, please take all documents including copies with you (sometimes it was not on the list, you better take all documents. To be safe is better than sorry). For copies of utility bills and bank statements, yes, 3 months would be enough. for copies of tax returns, you would need 3 years tax returns and w2 forms and 3 months paystubs. Are you based on marriage? if so, your spouse's name and your name should be on bill statements together as a part of evidence to support your case (marriage bona fide).

Hi - thanks.

It is employment based, and I am preparing per these guidelines.

Any idea on the medical exam results?

Thanks again!

Just take all documents (Both per guidelines and not per guidelines).

For medical issue, if you have a lawyer, please talk to him. You may ask your doctor to send you a copies (sealed envelope) for your interview.

I had my interview and it was successful. It was just formality. The interview letter didn't mention about photos or EAD, but during the interview they asked for photos and eads. so you better prepare to gather all documents, not some.

If you have submitted Mdical results at the time of filing ....asper my attorney you dont need to take them.
I did not and was asked for them in the letter but the officer never asked for them > Infact he told me ,I have the medicals.

freeviews,

Go to your medical provider and ask for a copy of your medical record. Explain to them that you need it for the iNS then they will give it to you. During my interview, the officier did not ask about it but anyway, I had a copy.
