1. I am an HB1 temporary worker, my visa expires in January 2007, my employer is paying me less than he filled on my petition. I want to change my sponsor as soon as I can. Will I have any problem with my new sponsor regarding that I have not been paid in my current work according with my petition said?
2. What documents should I submit if I want to change my sponsor? Income taxes, or pay stubs for example.
