Urgent I-94 Question

Hi Gurus,

I am leaving to India day after tomorrow. I want to know if I need to return the expired original I-94 which was given at the POE when I entered through my previous employer or the latest extended I-94 on my H1B transfer paper (which also has expired I am on EAD) of the new employer at the airport. Thanks in Advance for the reply.

I-94 Question

Yes I do have AP with me. But I don't think we need to give that in airport when we leave USA. We need to hand over only I-94. My question is if I need to give the original I-94 or the transferred I-94. When I look at the approval notice, it is telling me staple the I-94 to the original I-94 and hand over at the airport. That's what I am planning to do. Any other suggestion please.

You must return both I-94's when you exit the country. Remember, I-94 is a departure record.
