I applied immigration for my parents (I am citizen); all the forms are sent concurrently, since they are traveling US now. sadly it was sent back because of error in 864.
I am confused what needs to go into item 9. It says to list if there is anyone in the last 6 months being sponsored and at the same time tells not to list if they are on separate petition (complete description at the end).
this question was asked few times on this list but was not answered. Can some one help us immediately pl

I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within six months of the principalimmigrant named in Part 2 above. Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition.
