Hi CP gurus, I am planning to send P3 soon. Do I need to fill out I-864 (Affidavit of support) and get it signed by my company? In fact my company is sponcering my GC. Instructions of I-864 related to my question follows :
"Employment-based immigrants where a relative filed the
immigrant visa petition or has a significant ownership
interest (5 percent or more) in the entity that filed the
petition."
Can any one let me know whether i need to fill out I-864 for myself. Also do my company need to sign I-864 for my wife?
