This is Joe from Arizona. I just had an interview. I may have to file I-601.How long a person can stay in the the States if the I-601 get denied? Can he appeal or file it again in the States? Can he use Employment Authorization Card while I-601 pending? Can he stay in the States while the I-601 pending? my family needs your helps.
