URGENT: I-485 Stamping Questions, Please Advise

Hi Guru\'s,

Did any body heard of Passport Stamping In Vermont Service Center\'s Local office,while the case was been APPROVED
by California Service Center(CSC).

My I-485 got approved from California Service Center,but now days I live in Pittsburgh,PA(Which comes under ( Vermont Service Center)).
Can I go to Pittsburgh local INS Office and get my Passport Stamped.

My case was exactly reverse. My case was approved in VSC but I stamped in Sacramento (CSC). But, I had applied for 485 while I was residing here and the approval notice said go to Sacramento INS.
